REVELLERS are set to be out in droves across the North Cotswolds over the jubilee weekend.

Residents in Bourton-on-the-Water are making the most of the long weekend with a range of events including a street party and an outside picnic and concert featuring, appropriately, a Queen tribute band.

Elsewhere, Stow-on-the-Wold’s cricket field is to be officially renamed the Queen Elizabeth II Field to mark the monarch’s 60 years on the throne.

A range of other events are set to take place across the four-day weekend, including a community day of celebration in Moreton-in-Marsh and beacon-lighting ceremonies across the region.
