A DISTRESSED dog owner called the fire brigade this afternoon after his pet became trapped in thick brambles near Moreton-in-Marsh.
Six firefighters from Moreton-in-Marsh station were called to rescue the Yorkshire Terrier from near the Marsh service station on Stow Road at around 1.40pm.
They spent around 20 minutes freeing the dog was who was then reunited with its grateful owner.
