We are used to the wind here and when it was in our favour in the second half I thought we looked very lively.

It was tough to concede a goal within two minutes of half-time in that tough first half against the wind and there were two things I did not like about it.

Firstly, we let them have a free header in the centre circle and then we did not make a challenge on their No. 9 who scored.

Having said that, Alan Griffin came back from an offside position and dummied the ball to let it go to their No.9, which must have been interfering with play.

In the second half, we were very good given the conditions.

Rob Hoskin came off the bench to score the equaliser and seems to have had no reaction to his hamstring trouble. Mind you, the fastest he ran was when celebrating the goal.

Hosky has been the world’s unluckiest player with this injury and I thought he and Banksy livened us up when they came on.

Matt Jack missed the game again as he is still being troubled with his groin.

Lyndon Tomkins was ill and missed the Truro game and has also been hampered by a foot injury, but after Matt Sysum and Callum Henry played so well at Truro I could not possibly change them.

Sadly, that was Callum’s last game for us. He has now had three short term loans from Forest Green taking him up to the maxmum 93 days we can have him under those circumstances.

We are going to have to address the defensive situation, especially with Sysum and Tom Etheridge on nine bookings apiece.
