ORGANISERS of the Royal International Air Tattoo are asking landowners to come a-board and support one of the biggest Cotswold events of the year.
An appeal has been made to landowners with fields or property next to main road to place advertising hoardings and banners promoting this summer’s airshow in Fairford.
New artwork for the show, designed by Swindon-born aviation artist David Bent, has nearly finished and organisers are looking for the best places to advertise the banners.
Air Tattoo deputy director of marketing Helen Webb said those who volunteered would receive complimentary tickets for the show.
She added that ideally the locations would be within a 60-mile radius of RAF Fairford.
Anyone who can help should email marketing2@rafcte.com To buy tickets to the event, held on July 16 and 17, go to airtattoo.com or call 0800 107 1940. Earlybird tickets are priced at £34.
