Ham, Sausages and Bacon * Scrubditch Real Meats Free-range Gloucestershire Old Spot pigs, a hardy rare breed that was brought back from the brink of extinction, enjoy roaming Scrubditch's Cotswold organic clover pastures near Perrott's Brook, Cirencester. * Old Farm, Dorn Sarah and Simon Righton opened a farm shop on their 300-acre farm in Dorn, near Moreton-in-Marsh because of a need for quality, traceable products. From their small herd of Gloucestershire Old Spots, they produce bacon, sausages, chops and whole joints. The Rightons also offer other local produce, including local cheese, jams and chutneys and farmhouse ice cream, and as long as the family are at home, they will open the farm shop outside opening hours. Wine and Champagne * Bow in the Cloud Vineyard Keith Willingale uses the four acres of land he owns behind his house to grow award-winning wine. He grows Bacchus, Seyval Blanc and Schnburger grape varieties, and now produces several thousand bottles of wine a year. His Cloud Nine 2003 Quality Sparkling was used at the Queen's Jubilee visit to Malmesbury and was awarded a Bronze Medal at the Thames and Chiltern Valley Association competition in September 2005.
