MEADOWPARK Nursery and Pre-Prep School is celebrating its tenth anniversary this year.

Established in 1994, Meadowpark has earned a well-deserved reputation as being one of the premier schools and nurseries in the Swindon area, providing consistently high standards of education and day-care in the early years, (three months to seven years) and guarantees absolute peace of mind for parents that their child, whatever their age will, at all times, be cared for and treated with love and respect.

A unique aspect of Meadowpark is that it is personally owned and managed by the head teachers, Mrs Hanbury and Mrs Kular, who ensure that qualified, highly experienced and dedicated staff provide a truly exemplary service for all the children and their parents. Pre-prep pupils benefit from personal attention and support in small classes and enjoy an up-to-the-minute IT suite, adventure playground and excellent sports facilities with swimming nearby. Traditional teaching ensures effective learning for all children within a well-mannered and disciplined environment.

The nursery children are taught and cared for in small age-appropriate groups in individually designed light and airy classrooms. The large, well-equipped playground with safety surface further enhances active play and learning.

Meadowpark babies receive one-to-one attention from loving, trustworthy nurses within a calm and happy atmosphere. The baby nursery has its own attractive, specious facilities providing separate rooms in which small groups of babies can be cared for according to their stage of development.

As well as praising highly the quality of teaching and care, facilities, resources and environment provided, a recent OFSTED report commended Meadowpark for "effectively promoting a strong sense of community where children are busy, motivated and challenged to learn effectively through imaginative and well resourced activities". Meadowpark is holding a "see us in action" day on Friday, October 8, 9.30-11.30am/1.30pm-3pm and an open morning on Saturday, October 9, 9am-12noon, to which prospective parents are warmly welcome.
