COME to Brewery Arts on Saturday, February 12 at 8pm to see a pioneer of British folk-rock in a new venture with young musicians.
Ashley Hutchings is known as the father of British folk-rock, but he has also, for the last 20 years, been a successful and inventive songwriter, poet, music director at the National Theatre and compiler of many fascinating albums of words and music.
Now Ashley has formed a group to perform some of the most interesting, sensitive and thought-provoking material that he has been associated with.
Joining him are the Rainbow Chasers - young, talented and sympathetic singers and musicians - all of whom have yet to make their name in the world of music. Expect to be moved by some wonderful words and fine voices.
Tickets from the box office on 01285 655522.
