THINGS were looking rosy at a Cirencester hair salon on Friday when all the staff turned up dressed in pink.
In a bid to raise cash for Breast Cancer Awareness month in October Licata’s in Cricklade Street was given a pink makeover.
Customers were greeted with pink fairy cakes and there were pink flowers and balloons decorating the salon.
Owner Paolo Licata had been selling raffle tickets all month and gave away some exclusive prizes to raise money for the charity.
Top of the list was a limited edition pair of pink GHD hair straighteners worth £135.
The other prizes were a free cut and blow dry and some hair products from the salon.
In total Licata’s raised £871.49.
Paolo said: "All the girls looked beautiful and they made a real effort. I would like to thank all our clients for taking part and helping us to raise the money."
