LANDLUBBERS in Cirencester helped a trio of pirates find their lost treasure in Cirencester and X marked the spot at the West Cornwall Pasty Shop.
The South West pasty giants celebrated the fourth anniversary of the opening of its Cricklade Street shop by dishing out free snacks to customers and passers-by.
A swashbuckling trio of Cornish pirates took to the streets of Cirencester on Friday singing sea shanties and searching for new pirate recruits to help them find their savoury pieces of eight.
West Cornwall Pasty spokesman Vas Charalambous said: "Four years on Cornish pasties are still a local favourite and in the last 12 months alone Cirencester has munched its way through over 90,000 pasties – the firm favourite being the traditional Steak pasty."
