Beauford hunt honours retiring field master Mike Tucker

WITH the hunt season coming to a close, Beaufort Hunt presented retiring Monday country field master, Mike Tucker - the well known BBC commentator - with a special wine-serving gift.
Mike, from Long Newnton, near Tetbury, served the hunt for eight years and he was given the decanter this week.
Ian Farquhar, joint master, thanked him in a speech and said Mike had brought the same efficiency and humour to the role of field master as he had to his work with the BBC.
