PINKNEY-based Wentworth Wooden Jigsaws has won a top prize in the Good Toy Awards for its children’s puzzles.
The firm, which hit the headlines earlier this year with a puzzle featuring puppies rescued from Afghanistan by British Marines, was presented with a gold award in the nationwide competition run by the National Association of Toy and Leisure Libraries.
It also scooped a silver for the Wentworm puzzle in the numbers and words category.
The factory is holding one of its regular open days on October 25 between 10am and 2pm.
