POLICE recently discovered a number of abandoned exotic animals dumped in woodland in Tetbury.
Officers from Cirencester Neighbourhood Policing Team and Rural Crime Team found the animals on Thursday, December 28.
One enclosure contained a scorpion with a cracked golden skull in the corner.
They have now been taken to an exotic pet specialist out of the Gloucestershire area.
