THERE was traffic chaos earlier today near Malmesbury after a car crashed into a fallen tree.
It is understood the A429 Burton Hill was partially blocked both ways as a result of the collision.
There were delays with traffic queuing from Corston up to the Priory roundabout and Northbound lane.
A spokesperson from Wiltshire Police said: “At around 11.25am this morning we responded after a car collided with a tree that had fallen into the road on the A429 near Malmesbury.
“There were no reported injuries."
