PLAYERS from a youth football team have revealed their shiny new sponsored kit.

Tetbury Town FC has announced that rail infrastructure contractor QTS Group, which is based in Crudwell Road in Malmesbury, will be sponsoring the club's under 8's football team going into the new year.

The sponsorship for the 23/24 and 24/25 football season will provide much needed kit for the team as they move into competitive play for the first time.

Gary Burnett, operations director for QTS Group, said: “QTS is a proud supporter of young people in sport, so when we were approached by Tetbury Town FC, we were happy to get involved.

"As our business grows within the local area, it’s important for us to give back into the community and this seemed like the ideal way to do it.

“Our team have shown a great enthusiasm for the club, and we look forward to supporting the under 8's as they progress through the season.”

Craig O’Keeffe, one of the under 8's coaches, said: "The orange of our strips sits perfectly with the QTS logo, so it seems like a match made in heaven!

"It’s really fantastic to get such a successful local company on board.

"Our under 8's team is excited to be playing competitively now and hopefully QTS will be a lucky charm for us!”
