AN AWARD-WINNING pop star is due to perform at a major concert in the area next year. 

Forest Live 2024 organisers have announced that Anne-Marie will perform at Westonbirt Arboretum on Friday, July 5.

The multi-platinum star has a string of chart-busting hits under her belt including 2002, co-written by Ed Sheeran, Friends and Psycho featuring rapper Aitch.  

She has also spent time as a coach on singing competition The Voice and has three albums in tow.

Her second album Therapy features guest appearances from the likes of KSI, Little Mix, Niall Horan and Rudimental.

Pre-sale tickets will be available at 9am on Thursday, November 23 before they go on general sale at 9am on Friday, November 24. 
 
Disco legends Nile Rodgers & CHIC will also be performing at the arboretum on Friday, July 12.

Forest Live is an annual British music festival organised by Forestry England which takes place in seven forest venues across the UK including Cannock Chase Forest, Dalby Forest, Delamere Forest, High Lodge, Thetford Forest, Sherwood Pines and Westonbirt Arboretum.

Forestry England uses the money raised by the Forest Live events to maintain the beautiful natural areas for everyone to enjoy, to run important conservation projects and to grow more trees.
