THE future of a Chedworth man's caravan home is still under threat.
Cotswold District Council's planning committee were due to vote on whether to take enforcement action to evict Stephen Guest from his Chedworth caravan home.
But the decision was deferred today because details of the case were not put on CDC's website until Monday.
Mr Guest applied for a second time to keep his 'living waggon' at Fields Road in Chedworth after losing a planning appeal in September.
He is demanding the right to live in the caravan on the basis he has been there for ten years.
But his application was returned because it was identical to the application turned down at the appeal.
Planning officer Yvonne Poole recommended enforcement action to stop Mr Guest from living in the caravan within a period of three months.
In a letter to CDC Mr Guest said: "No details of your proposals have appeared in your website and due to this omission I have been unable to obtain details upon which I could comment."
At a meeting today members of CDC's planning committee decided to defer their decision so the public have enough time to view the application on the website and post comments.
