SIX baby fox cubs are being hand-reared at a rescue centre near Cirencester after being found orphaned at just a few days old.
The cubs, with their eyes still shut, were found in Wickwar, near Wotton-under-Edge, and are now recovering at the Oak and Furrows wildlife rescue centre at Somerford Keynes.
Cold and very hungry, the centre believes the cubs had not eaten for two or three days.
They are being hand reared and are recovering well. When they are strong enough the centre hopes to release them back into the wild.
