A driver who was more than twice the drink-drive limit has been banned for 23 months.
Gerald Gallagher, 30, of Swynford Close, Fairford, pleaded guilty to the offence at Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 17.
Magistrates heard how Gallagher was driving whilst over the drink-drive limit on the A417 in Fairford on December 22, last year.
Gallagher was found to have 91 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, the legal limit being 35 micrograms.
He was fined £730 and ordered to pay costs of £158.
