A 66-year-old woman who failed to give a specimen of breath to a police officer has been banned from driving for two years.
Angela Daniels, of Cambray Court, Cirencester, pleaded guilty to the offence when she appeared before Cheltenham Magistrates Court on January 7.
She was stopped in her car in Gloucester on October 15 last year.
Daniels was given a six-week curfew with electronic monitoring which prevents her leaving the house between 7pm and 7am.
She was also ordered to pay costs totalling £290.
