Drivers are currently experiencing heavy delays on the M5 after a car fire has contributed to heavy traffic, leaving tailbacks of up to 10 miles.
Three lanes are currently closed on the M5 southbound between junctions 19 and 20, Clevedon due to a car fire.
Avon fire and rescue service and police officers are currently on the scene.
Drivers are being advised to approach the area with care and adhere to temporary signs.
