PREPARATIONS are underway for Kempsford's big village fete on Saturday, September 22. There'll be something for everyone so join in the day of festivities celebrating traditional skills, games and food.
Competitions to enter - the Woolsack Race, Village Fruit and Flower Trail, village cake and cupcake challenge.Traditional skills to try including circus skills and stone carving. Traditional games to play - skittles, curling and others. Traditional fayre served in the Tea Room. Plus Stalls celebrating local, hand-made and vintage products.
Organised by Kempsford School, Village Hall and the Church with the support of Kempsford Parish Council.
CHURCH Service this Sunday, August 12 is Morning Worship 9.30am at St Mary's Church Kempsford.
