THOUSANDS flocked to the Cirencester Relay For Life last weekend for an extravaganza in aid of Cancer Research UK.
The event which took place at South Cerney airfield began on Saturday morning and was opened by Henry Trinder who plays for Gloucester Rugby.
A fantastic money-raising event, teams of runners take part in the 24-hour relay to celebrate the community coming together to fight cancer.
So far participants have raised over £80,000, with more donations expected.
