A MOBILE phone shop in Cirencester has been broken into over night, and police are currently investigating the scene.
It is believed that thieves broke into the O2 Shop in Cricklade Street in the early hours of this morning (Thursday, July 26).
Police were called to the premises at just after 5am, and remain at the scene completing investigations.
Photo and video footage of the shop shows considerable damage to the front door, although those involved are believed to have fled through the store's back entrance into Brewery Court.
A number of items were stolen during the raid, during what a police spokesperson called an 'untidy search'.
Anyone with any information should contact the police on 101, quoting incident number of 62, of July 26.
