AFTER years of campaigning by many, at long last Tetbury Town Council have been granted for the extension to the Burial Ground Planning Permission for change of use from football and rugby training ground to burial ground. Over the next few months the Council will get drawings for the layout, to take account of the two-phase approach agreed by the Council last year.

This will be great news and put a number of minds at rest that people can be buried in their hometown, and their loved ones can visit and remember.

PATRICIA Burrell the new chair of the Highways working group would like to say thank you to everyone who has responded to the leaflet of possible changes put forward by the Highways Working Group which are being collated at present.
