A MAN has been charged on suspicion of causing criminal damage and using violence to enter a house in Cirencester.
A 30-year-old from Cirencester, was arrested after police responded to calls at 1.10pm yesterday, when a back gate was broken and damage was caused to a property on Victoria Road.
Cotswold Police tweeted that the man had taken into custody, adding “So much for watching the game on our lunch break #EngPan”.

He has now been bailed to court with conditions to stay away from Victoria Road and not to contact victims.
As the incident is of a sensitive nature, police have not released the name of the man.
