House of Fraser's plans to close more than half of it's stores has been backed by creditors.
The approval has confirmed the retailer will go ahead with plans to shut 31 of their stores, including Cirencester.
37 jobs will be affected in the town, while 6,000 people will be affected nationwide.
House of Fraser are using a company voluntary arrangement to close its stores.
