A CIRENCESTER business is celebrating after scooping a two awards at a customer care awards ceremony. 

Individual income protection provider Cirencester Friendly, took home two awards at the insurance publication, COVER's, recent awards.

They took home awards for 'Young Insurance Person of the Year' and 'Outstanding Customer Care', both individual awards.

Victoria Clark, 22 years old, and a market assistant at the business, was awarded 'Young Insurance Person of the Year' for her outstanding support as a financial services administrator in the Customer Care Team. 

Jo Green was recognised for her outstanding Customer Care to both Financial Advisers and Members of the Society.

Jo, a financial services administrator at Cirencester Friendly, had previously been nominated for this award two years running. 

Cirencester Friendly was also nominated for a further five awards, Best Marketing Team, Intermediary Support Team, Underwriting Team, Online Services Team and the Customer Service ‘Above & Beyond’.
