A SHOPPING centre in Cirencester has been sold for more than six million pounds.
KLM Retail have agreed the sale of 18-26 Cricklade Street and Bishop's Walk Shopping Centre on behalf of a private party for £6,375,000.
No change whatsoever is expected for the shopping centre and numerous shops on Cricklade Street, with the deal just a change of leasehold.
Bishops Walk is the only covered shopping centre in Cirencester linking Cricklade Street and the rest of the high street with one of the town's main car parks.
It comprises a mixed-use offer of approximately 25,000 sq ft.
The current net rent is £447,314 pa with an average lease expiry of 6 years.
Tenants include O2, Holland & Barrett, Nationwide and various retailers from the community.
SPB Real Estate advised the purchaser, also a private client.
When contacted by the Wilts and Glos Standard, KLM retail confirmed the sale had gone through but declined to make any further comments.
