A large number of emergency services vehicles were sent to a call-out in Hereford.
Four police cars or vans, two fire engines and eight ambulance service vehicles were reportedly at the junction of Holme Lacy Road and Watery Lane, Rotherwas.
A police spokesman said earlier today: "Police are currently at a property on Watery Lane in Hereford after a report of concern for the welfare of a man."
The emergency services appeared to leave the scene a relatively short time after arriving, and by early afternoon Watery Lane had returned to normal.
Police today (Wednesday) said they would be releasing no further details about the incident.
