PARISH Communion will take place at Ampney St Peter at 10 am on Sunday, April 29.
AMPNEY Artists and Artisans - An exhibition will take place at Ampney Crucis Church on Friday 27, Sunday 28 and Sunday, April 29.
Visitors will be able to see and buy work from local artists and crafts-people, such as woodwork, jewellery, paintings and sculpture.
LITTLE Explorers - the pre-school for Down Ampney and surrounding villages needs your help to raise sufficient funds to re-open. Don't forget to visit their Crowdfunding site which closes on April 30. All donations gratefully received at fundsurfer.com/littleexplorers
IDEAS for the 2018 Poppy Project are evolving.Poppies with names attached in memory of loved ones who have passed away will be placed in a special display inside the Church.If you would like to make a donation to the British Legion, then your poppy will be mounted and 'planted' in the Churchyard. Poppy patterns are available from Janet Singleton - contact details and further information on where to leave your poppies is in the April Down Ampney News.
DONATIONS (2p only) to secure the continuation for the monthly serialisation of the Down Amberley Deception are being taken at the Village Shop. All funds raised will go to the Village Shop.
