AT THE April meeting of the Parish Council, Councillors Hall and Deller reported that they had attended the commissioning of the new defibrillator sited on the office building in Wildwood Park. Councillor Hall has offered to carry out the necessary monthly checks and the Parish Council will arrange for signage on Siddington Road and Cherry Tree Drive to highlight the location of the defibrillator. A public defibrillator awareness event is being arranged for 7.30pm on May 30 in the Village Hall - further details to follow.
A UNITED Benefice service takes place at St. Peter’s church on Sunday, April 29, starting at 10am. Everyone is also welcome to attend an informal Café Church service at 6pm in the Elizabeth Way Community Room.
