A NORTHLEACH man has been convicted of two driving offences after crashing into a stationary car, which had two plain clothes police officers in it.
Joshua Arthurs, age 22, was fined £660 for driving with no insurance and £440 for driving without due care and attention, when he appeared in court last week.
He also had six penalty points added to his driving licence, as a result of the crash which occurred on August 31 last year.
