CONSTRUCTION work on improving the A417 'missing link' in Gloucestershire could start in just three years.
After assessing 30 route options over the last 18 months, Highways England have narrowed it down to two options that will both cost in excess of £450 million pounds.
Highways England are hoping to pick their preferred route by Autumn this year, with works to begin mid 2021.
Project Manager Mike Goddard explains the route options and the timeline for the project.
More details to follow shortly.
