Bike rider suffers concussion after crash involving grit spreader in Whitminster
THE rider of a powered bicycle was taken to hospital on Friday night after sustaining a concussion after colliding with a grit spreader near Whitminster.
Police closed the A38 in the village at 8.30pm following the crash to allow the injured person to be treated.
They were taken to hospital for further assessment.
