MARK COOPER wants to add three more players to complete his January transfer window recruitment.
With six deals done so far, the Forest Green boss is hopeful of getting one more through the door before tomorrow's home game against Cambridge United.
Cooper said: "We're still trying, we're desperately trying to add a couple more. I'm pretty hopeful we'll get one done before Saturday.
“We might have to wait until Monday to get the other two that I want in for the rest of the season.”
After a frenetic first week of ins at the New Lawn, Cooper admitted to missing out on a number of targets.
"We tried to do a lot of our business early, which we did. We thought we had a couple really close but we were gazumped on or missed out on.
"You'll see that there is not a lot of movement in the window, certainly at our level, because nobody wants to let good players go,” he added.
