SUSPECTED class A drugs were found by police during a strip search of a 40-year-old Cirencester man.
The man was stopped in his car in the Watermoor area on Tuesday early afternoon by members of the neighbourhood policing team.
He was brought to the local police station and a strip search revealed that he was in possession of six wraps of heroin.
He was arrested and a subsequent search of his home resulted in more suspected class A drugs being found. There were also mobile phones and a quantity of cash.
The Cirencester man has been interviewed under caution on suspicion of supplying class A drugs and has been released under investigation.
A Cotswold Police tweet said that the suspected drugs recovered in the strip search were "well hidden but not well enough".
