STORM Eleanor will continue to batter parts of Gloucestershire today.
Strong winds have been building overnight and are expected to cause more disruption.
Wind speeds are expected to reach 70mph in some areas and people are being warned to watch out for debris on the roads and should expect a loss of power.
There have been two major incidents on the M5 northbound one between Junction 5 Worcester and 6 Droitwich and the other between Junction 8 South Wales and 9 Tewkesbuey.
On both occasions a HGV overturned.
The overturned vehicle between Junction 5 and 6 has been cleared away, although debris remains on the road.
A Tri-Force team is currently attending the incident between Junction 8 and 9, with two lanes closed northbound.
Earlier Highways England tweeted:
Appreciate it's been frustrating but the HGV shed it entire load and the weather conditions have been very poor which has made this a rather complex and difficult recovery. Hopefully will be done soon though.

The M48 Severn Bridge is also closed due to high winds.
