THE Cirencester GC Seniors supported their monthly Stableford competition with a high level of turnout as usual.
Eighty eight players competed and some surprisingly good scores were returned for this time of year.
Division 1 was won by Graham Clarke with a fine 37 points very closely followed by Mike Brown also with 37 points losing out only on countback from Graham with 3rd and 4th places going to David Allen and Nigel Curtiss both with 36 points.
An exceptional performance from David Lowbridge secured first place in Division 2 and the competition overall win with 41 points which resulted in a handicap reduction of 2 strokes.
David Braithwaite romped home with a fine 38 points to take second place and Jack Bastow took third with 37 points followed by William Peach on 36.
