POLICE are hoping to speak to a man after a thief knocked a charity shop worker to the floor before making off with a £6.99 coat.
An unidentified man left Barnardo's charity shop in Bishops Walk, Cirencester wearing a coat he had not paid for at about 2pm on December 4.
He was challenged by a member of staff and a member of the public, but he made his escape, knocking down the female shop worker.
The staff member was not injured.
The thief made off along Cricklade Street and into Castle Street.
Police have released a CCTV image of a man they wish to speak to.
If you can identify the man in the picture, call police on 101 and quote incident 229 of December 4.
