By-election for Cotswold District councillor representing Avening area
AN election will be held on November 23 to fill the vacancy for the Grumbolds Ash with Avening Ward of Cotswold District Council (CDC).
Voting will take place from 7am until 10pm at the six polling stations in the district.
Deadlines for voter registration, and postal and proxy vote applications, have now passed.
The three candidates are Nicky Baber (Liberal Democrats), Richard Morgan (Conservative), and Edward Shelton (Labour).
