38-year-old man from Ampney Crucis charged with attempting to incite girls aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity
A 38-YEAR-old man from Ampney Crucis, near Cirencester, has been charged with three counts of attempting to incite girls aged between 13 and 15 to engage in sexual activity.
Mark Wixey was charged last Wednesday, October 4, and is due to appear at Cheltenham Magistrates' Court on November 2.
He was bailed to return to court with conditions to not have any unsupervised contact with any person under the age of 18.
His charges relate to inciting 13- to 15-year-old girls to engage in sexual activity which is of a non-penetrative nature.
