THORNBURY Musical Theatre Group present the hit comedy-musical The Wedding Singer at The Armstrong Hall from October 25-28.
Featuring a catchy 1980s score, and based on the classic movie of the same name, The Wedding Singer will transport you back to 1985: a time when hair was big, music was loud and money was everything.
Robbie Hart, a well-respected small-town wedding singer knows a lot about love and romance. He himself is engaged to marry the love of his life, Linda, but fate has other plans.
Meanwhile, will Julia Sullivan, a cheerful if slightly naïve waitress ever marry her slimy boyfriend Glen and fulfil her dream of becoming Mrs Julia Guglia?
Twists and turns abound in this classic love story, aided by a host of supporting characters, including some uncanny celebrity look-alikes.
