Swindon & District Premier
Lower Stratton 1
Ashton Keynes 2

ASHTON KEYNES continued their early-season form and made it three wins in as many games by coming from behind to beat Lower Stratton in the Swindon Premier League.

Ashton had the lion's share of the first half chances but some top class saves by the Stratton keeper, particularly from Ollie Taylor and Ben Anderson, as well as not being clinical in front of goal, meant the game was a stalemate at half-time.

Ashton were made to rue those missed chances when Lower Stratton took the lead shortly after half-time.

Ashton levelled 10 minutes later through substitute Greg Pilkington. And the winner came from a pearler of a free kick by Del Fallon.

Ashton are now joint-top of the division after Tawny Owl's match was postponed.

Ashton Keynes welcome Wroughton Reserves to the Bradstone Sports Ground in the league this weekend before they take on Calne Eagles in the first round of the county cup.
