THE CrazyBird Comedy Club and The Malthouse Bar & Kitchen in Stroud have teamed up to bring you a night of comedy and food on Thursday, September 14.

Four professional comedians will be at The Malthouse Bar & Kitchen. MC For the evening will be the inimitable Geoff Whiting. Geoff will draw on his 20 years’ experience in the industry to ensure the night gets off to a flying start and will ensure that both audience and acts alike are enjoying themselves.

First on the bill is Belfast boy Ryan McDonnell, “candid and incisive brand of comedy” The Irish Post.

Ryan McDonnell is no stranger to laughs in his home town and is currently building up quite a reputation for himself on the UK comedy circuit with a sharp wit and Irish charm.

Sometimes bizarre, often dark he’ll guide you on a unique journey through the world as he sees it.

Seeing you through the middle section is Kiwi comic Richard Lindesay. With his popular quirky gags and offbeat persona, Richard’s act is sure to add a touch of uniqueness to the comedy line-up.

Headlining the evening will be cheeky South African Mark Palmer. Mark has been performing and honing his skills for over 11 years becoming one of South Africa's most sought after comedians and he is now based in the UK.

He gets his material from the daily perils of being newly married, babysitting other people's kids, airport madness, the advances of technology and general social commentary on everyday life.

Food will be served from 5-7.30pm. Show starts at 8pm.

Tickets - £12.50 in advance or £14 on the door. Available from The Malthouse Bar & Kitchen, Trading Post and seetickets.com
