Ampney St Peter: Cleeve House, cherry (T1) – crown reduce by 1.5 metres to clear BT lines.

Avening: Avening Lodge, three lawsons cypresses (G1) – fell to allow more light into garden, beech (T1) – raise the crown to 4.5 metres above ground.

Blockley: Aylton House, Chapel Lane, single-storey flat roof extension, installation of two windows to first floor.

Bourton-on-the-Hill: Bourton House, yew trees – cut back overhanging branches along boundary.

Bourton-on-the-Water: Land adjacent to 24 Rissington Road, non-material amendment to 16/04232/FUL to change the sloping roof and velux style windows to flat roof with parapet and atrium roof light, addition of a bathroom window; Rose Barn, Cemetery Lane, use as single unrestricted dwelling.

Cirencester: Larksfield, 39 Oaklands, horse chestnut – removal of large overhanging branches.

Doughton: Doughton Manor, Bath Road, dead lime with no foliage – felled to ground level.

Ewen: The Manor, non-material amendment to 16/03496/FUL for additional walk-on rooflight in grass roof.

Moreton-in-Marsh: Former Moreton-in-Marsh Hospital, Hospital Road, residential development to provide 19 retirement homes (class C3) and six care home units (class C2) with access, landscaping and associated infrastructure.

Poulton: Hillside, London Road, false acacia (T1) – cut down.

Saintbury: Saintbury Hill Barn Farm, Long Hill, rear extension and additional dormer to front.

Stratton: Glebe House, School Hill, demolition and rebuilding of boundary retaining wall.

Tetbury: Dean House, 83 West Street, cherry (T1) – prune back to previous pruning point; Mill House, Church Street, rowan – fell; 31 Northfield Road, single-storey extension.

Ashton Keynes: 10 Diary Farm, Gosditch, two leyandii – reduce back to previous pruning points, cotoneaster – reduce to two metres; Land at Diary Farm Bungalow and Dairy Fields, erection of 27 dwellings, provision of staff car parking for Ashton Keynes School, provision of open space, new access and associated works including retention of footpath routes through site.

Charlton: Street Farm Cottage, park Street, liquid amber – fell.

Cricklade: 1 The Priory, Latton Wharf, leylandii – fell; 5 Vale Court, White Horse Road, single-storey rear extension.

Crudwell: Ivy Cottage, erection of conservatory to front elevation.

Grittleton: The Garden House, Grittleton Stables, replacement over existing footprint of single-storey orangery together with link to incorporate main dwelling to include disabled accommodation.

Little Somerford: Appletree House, The Hill, three silver birches (G1) – reduce by 30 percent, sycamore (T1), beech (T2), Cherry (T3) and plum (T4) – fell.

Malmesbury: 2 Gastons Road, single-storey extension and alterations.

Purton: Hurstead Farm, Cricklade Road, extension of existing agricultural livestock housing.

Sherston: 29 High Street, repairs to recently exposed old timber lintel, part repair to adjacent brick walling; 16 Noble Street, two lilacs – reduce by 30 percent.
