Knight Frank expand their Cirencester Team

KNIGHT Frank in Cirencester is delighted to welcome Nicola Speaight to their busy sales team in Cirencester. Nicola, who lives between Cirencester and Tetbury, has lived in the area for nearly 10 years and has taken on the role of Office Manager and to assist Rupert Sturgis with the sale of country houses and farms, a market which continues to expand.

Rupert said ‘The Cotswolds will always be the ‘go to’ county for this type of property and we offer a professional and efficient service to achieve the optimum for our clients.’ Atty Beor-Roberts and Bruce Tolmie-Thomson, together with an expert team from the Head Office in London, deal with country houses and estates and Rupert Marchington and Nicola Williams negotiate the sales of village houses and cottages in South Gloucestershire and North Wiltshire.

Rupert Sturgis, Office Head says: ‘We are delighted to welcome Nicola on board. This is a very busy office and we held out for the perfect candidate to fulfil this demanding role. Nicola has joined us at the perfect time. I am delighted to say that viewings of our properties for sale from this office are up 10 per cent year on year and correctly priced property is selling well across the region. The UK continues to benefit from economic growth and low interest rates and the underlying strengths of the UK economy remain in place despite the uncertainty caused by Brexit and the recent General Election. Ultimately property is a long term investment which should encourage demand as people cannot put their lives on hold. Our 12-strong team can help or advise anyone who might be thinking of moving this year.’
