THE following applications have been received by Cotswold District Council.

Brimpsfield: Stoneyhill Farm, Cimperwell Road, part compliance with condition 9 of permission 16/03267/FUL – single-storey link extension from farmhouse to barns, renovation of Dutch barn and existing stone barns to create a single dwelling.

Chedworth: Digger Field, Fields Road, erection of a 15 metre replica telegraph pole, two 300mm microwave dishes and two equipment cabinets.

Lechlade: 4 Stephens Close, Downington, erection of shed and formation of patio.

Lower Slaughter: Church Farm Barn, Copse Hill Road, Conversion of loft space, installation of an additional staircase, installation of two rooflights to provide an additional bedroom.

Moreton-in-Marsh: Berry Bank, Main Road, removal of condition h (agricultural occupancy) of permission CD.5849; Cedar Cottage, Horn Lane, replacement dwelling to include basement extension; Little Orchard, Church Street, diseased lime – remove; Newlands Farm, Ashton Magna, compliance with condition 5 (design details) of application 14/05015/LBC – removal of internal modern staircase in kitchen, provision of new external staircase with re-opening of pitching door, and replacement escape window.

Northleach: North Church House, Market Place, cypress – fell.

South Cerney: Carted Barn, High Street, compliance with condition 5 (verification study) of application 16/04270/FUL – the installation of new AC condensers, refrigeration plant, louvre and satellite dish; 1 Fosse Barn, Cricklade Road, conversion of the basement for residential use.

Stow-on-the-Wold: Land parcel at Stow Fair site, between Maugersbury Road and A436, erection of a primary healthcare centre (doctor’s surgery) and associated infrastructure, parking and landscaping.

Stratton: 40 Links View, demolition of existing conservatory and erection of new single-storey side extension and porch.

Tetbury: Overdale, Tetbury Hill, erection of extensions and alterations – compliance with conditions 4 (screen), 5 (materials) and 7 (levels).

Turkdean: Turkdean Manor, mature sycamore – remove front stem which is overhanging neighbouring property and rear stem to be removed if judged too severely damaged.

Upper Swell: Waterhead Barn, compliance with conditions 4 (bat/bird box), 7 (roof slate sample), 8 (sample of external woodwork) and 10 (design details) of application 15/03268/FUL – convert barn from fish farm facilities and flat to self-contained holiday let.

Windrush: Former filling station on the A40, part compliance with condition 7 of application 13/02463/OUT – development of petrol filling station, restaurant and associated parking and access and conversion of partially constructed motel building to form 16 apartments.

Witcombe: Knapp Farm, Birdlip Hill, conversion of existing redundant buildings to dwelling.

Brinkworth: Fernhill Farm, Sundays Hill, steel frame building to house variety of animals.

Cricklade: Diary building, Leighfield Farm, The Leigh, change of use of existing agricultural building to form one dwelling and associated operational development; Riverside, 70 High Street, fell four sumacs, two lilacs, a sycamore, elder and pine, and reduce crown of another pine by 30 per cent; 1 South Barn, change of use of an existing grass equine training area with the erection of all-weather riding area.

Lea: Land adjacent to 12 St Giles Close, new dwelling.

Little Somerford: Mills Farm, The Street, replacement of small pine-panelled door to the front walled garden

Malmesbury: 40 Bristol Street, alteration to existing boundary wall to create parking bay (re-submission of application 14/00516/FUL); 23 Gastons Road, remove shed and build new kitchen extension to rear.

Nettleton: 2 Priory Cottages, new detached garage (resubmission of 17/07175/FUL).

Purton: Sparswell Farm, Bagbury Lane, erection of a barn.
