THE hugely popular Wacky Races in Tetbury will be sending hand-built carts down Tetbury's steepest hill on Bank Holiday Monday.
22 teams have signed up for Monday's races so far, with two junior teams.
The races, which began with eight entries in 2012, saw 29 karts competing last year.
The route runs from Chipping Car Park, down to Chipping Street into the hairpin bend and to the Millennium Green at the bottom of Gumstool Hill.
The qualifying runs will start at 10.30am, there will be a break for lunch at noon and at 1pm the racing will begin. Prizes will be awarded on the Millenium Green at 3.30pm.
Refreshments will be available from street stalls and Tetbury’s many cafes and restaurants.
