CORKS will be popping as Talking Wines celebrates 10 years in Cirencester.

The wine merchant, situated on the Love Lane industrial estate, will be celebrating this special anniversary with a series of events in the town.

Established by Simon Thomson, the company began life near the village of Crudwell at Eastcourt Farm, before moving to premises on Love Lane in 2007, and the current shop at Emmervale Court, Midland Road in 2012.

Talking Wines supplies restaurants across the South West, producing great wine lists and pairing wine with spectacular culinary dishes.

“It has been a wonderful 10 years and we would like to thank the people of Cirencester for continuing to support the business,” said Simon.

“We have been lucky to work with some of the finest restaurants around and are meeting new customers all the time through our successful tasting events and informal tastings every Saturday.”

The celebrations start with a series of 10 events over the course of the summer including hosting tastings with visiting winemakers.

Full details of the events will be shown on the Talking Wines website or follow them on Twitter or Facebook.
