OOPS a Daisy has been selected as ‘Florist of the Month’ for April by the prestigious Good Florist Guide.
The Cricklade Street business has joined an elite group of flower arrangers to have been selected for the honour and will be displayed on the guide’s website homepage this month.
Theresa Adams, senior florist, said: “We’ve been a member of the guide for some time, but we’re delighted to have been selected as Florist of the Month.”
“To be selected for the guide you have to be at a certain standard and maintain that standard, but it’s nice to have an extra bit of recognition,” she added.
The Good Florist Guide was started by Caroline Marshall-Foster, editor of The Florist, the UK flower industry’s oldest trade magazine, in 1999.
Caroline originally put together a little black book of her favourite florists which has since grown into a nationwide phenomenon.
Oops a Daisy! Flowers Ltd was opened by Adam and Louise Milsome in 2000 and was added to the guide in 2011.
“We are proud to offer the services we do in Cirencester,” said Adam. “We work with plenty of local companies, hotels and people.”
